Iran animation ‘Alphabet’ to compete at Sayulita filmfest

Iranian short animation ‘Alphabet’ has been set to vie at the Sayulita Film Festival in Mexico.

Directed by Kianoush Abedi, the animation will be screened at the competition section of the fifth edition of the event.

The 6-minute ‘Alphabet’ narrates the story of people who have forgotten life and are separated from knowledge and fact.

The Sayulita Film Festival is a 100% volunteer operated and a non-profit event with the goal of creating a new community center for film lovers.

The festival team, dedicated to highlighting the best to offer the world, will hold the event from January 31 to February 4, 2018.
